Officially down 15lbs!! I looked through my lose it app and this is the least I’ve weighed since last September! So it’s very encouraging! I am so excited this plan is working. I’m only 2lbs up from meeting my April goal of 200!! I am going to list my original goals here again to check them off.

Jan- 215 ✔️

Feb- 210 ✔️

March- 205 ✔️

April- 200

May- 195

June- 190

July- 185

Aug- 180

Sep- 175

Oct- 170

Nov- 165

Dec- 160

And then this will continue into next year until I reach 135!

I am 2 months ahead of my goals right now! This means I might reach my goal by next March instead of next May. That would be fantastic! I am taking each victory as they come.

For example, I am no longer stress eating! I am making sure to reach my move goals with no exceptions. 

Tomorrow we are taking our big kids to Melting Pot! I’m sure this will throw my weight up on Monday. But, it should be less than my previous high weight! It’ll be OK. It will not derail me.
