452 days!

SW: 217 CW: 197.8 I’m almost down 20lbs!! I’m feeling very good about my progress. I’m very grateful the calorie tracking and movement goals are working. I cannot wait until my clothes are too big. I’m also very happy warmer weather is coming. This means more walks outside with the family! Now we just need the stomach flu to get out of our house. One kid recovered a few days ago, the second started throwing up yesterday. There’s still 2 more to go. Praying it doesn’t hit everybody!!

460 days!

SW: 217 CW: 199.6 My weight may fluctuate back up, though I hope it doesn’t! It’s so nice to finally be out of the 200s!! I have closed my Apple Watch rings every day in 2022 so far! I am still tracking calories, with a few exceptional cheat days. I don’t think I will take a cheat day this week. I did get down to 199 something last weekend but then went up a few lbs after my cheat day super bowl Sunday. I also was retaining water this week. So, that could be why I went up a little. Another possibility is that I am still retaining the water and will drop a couple lbs over the next couple of days. Either way, I am feeling good about my progress! I know I still have a long way to go, but I have 460 days to get there and I will use each one wisely. I am so glad that I am into this routine and seeing progress! It’s been 55 days since I’ve started and I have lost 17.4 lbs. I feel that is a steady loss. I only planned to lose 5 a month, but I have lost more. I don’t feel like it’s coming off ...

469 days!

SW: 217 CW: 201 16 lbs down! Sometimes it feels like the weight is coming off so slow. It is coming off, though! This is the lowest I’ve head since maybe last September. I’m still ahead of my monthly goals. I’m only 1lb from reaching my April goal! I am still tracking calories and getting in at least 10k steps a day. My calorie intake limit is lowering as I lose weight. I’m still able to have 1800 something a day. I’m not finding this limit difficult to stay under. I usually eat around 1600, just because that’s what the calories end up adding to. Im just conscious of what I eat. I have 3 healthy meals a day and 1-2 snacks. The last few days I have struggled to drink 100oz of water. With my busy schedule, it’s very hard! Today will not be an issue. Im over 50oz in already! My mother in law commented that I’ve lost weight! I feel good that it’s noticeable. I can’t really tell if I notice a difference but my pants definitely fit better. Im just looking forward to getting out of the 2...

475 days!

SW: 217 CW: 202 Officially down 15lbs !! I looked through my lose it app and this is the least I’ve weighed since last September! So it’s very encouraging! I am so excited this plan is working. I’m only 2lbs up from meeting my April goal of 200!! I am going to list my original goals here again to check them off. Jan- 215 ✔️ Feb- 210 ✔️ March- 205 ✔️ April- 200 May- 195 June- 190 July- 185 Aug- 180 Sep- 175 Oct- 170 Nov- 165 Dec- 160 And then this will continue into next year until I reach 135! I am 2 months ahead of my goals right now! This means I might reach my goal by next March instead of next May. That would be fantastic! I am taking each victory as they come. For example, I am no longer stress eating! I am making sure to reach my move goals with no exceptions.  Tomorrow we are taking our big kids to Melting Pot! I’m sure this will throw my weight up on Monday. But, it should be less than my previous high weight! It’ll be OK. It will not derail me.

477 days!

SW: 217 CW: 204.4 This is my first update in 5 days! I’ve done well to stick to my diet every day except Monday. I had a work meeting and I felt weird not eating the food. So I had a small amount. I think it kick started my weight loss again, ever so slowly! Hoping for a larger drop by Sunday. We have Melting Pot reservations.  I believe my last high weight was 205.6, so as long as I’m not above that on Monday morning I will be happy!  I’m still teetering just above where I was before Christmas break. I hate that it takes 2 weeks to gain it and 8 weeks to lose it! Still going strong and feeling like I can reach my goal with this plan! I will hopefully update tomorrow. I have A TON of homework to get done.
