My weight may fluctuate back up, though I hope it doesn’t! It’s so nice to finally be out of the 200s!! I have closed my Apple Watch rings every day in 2022 so far! I am still tracking calories, with a few exceptional cheat days. I don’t think I will take a cheat day this week. I did get down to 199 something last weekend but then went up a few lbs after my cheat day super bowl Sunday. I also was retaining water this week. So, that could be why I went up a little. Another possibility is that I am still retaining the water and will drop a couple lbs over the next couple of days. Either way, I am feeling good about my progress! I know I still have a long way to go, but I have 460 days to get there and I will use each one wisely. I am so glad that I am into this routine and seeing progress! It’s been 55 days since I’ve started and I have lost 17.4 lbs. I feel that is a steady loss. I only planned to lose 5 a month, but I have lost more. I don’t feel like it’s coming off too fast to be sustainable, though. I am happy with my progress and really hopeful that I will keep seeing progress. I have a lot of homework to get done today and church starts in a few minutes. So, I am going to get back to my busy day!
