I’ve finally made official monthly goals. They’re written on my calendar.

Each month I want to have reached my goal by the 27th of the month. This is because our cruise leaves May 27, 2023!

So, I have it planned, on the 27th of each month:

Jan 2022- 215 ✔️

Feb 22- 210 ✔️

March 22- 205

April 22- 200

May 22- 195

June- 190

July- 185

Aug- 180

Sept- 175

Oct- 170

Nov- 165

Dec- 160

Jan 2023- 155

Feb 23- 150

March- 145

April- 140

May- 135


So far I have reached my January and Feb goal for this year!! I’m 2.4lbs away from reaching my March goal. I plan to keep these numbers the same regardless of how fast I reach my goals. I know my weight loss will slow down at some point. While I would hope to continue to see progress through each month, if I ever realize that a month is approaching and I will not reach that goal, something will need to change.

My exercise intensity might increase, my diet might change slightly. I won’t change anything while I am still seeing progress. I will incorporate cheat meals when I see a plateau. I also know that fluctuations and water retention happens with my cycle. It helps to track that, as well. 

Day 1 was Jan 14th. 

So, even though I am up .2lbs from yesterday, I am still very happy with my progress! 

Great change is coming!
