I’m up .2lbs from yesterday. That’s ok though. I knew I’d likely be up. It was my birthday and it was New Year’s Eve!
I did take over 20,000 steps yesterday. So that could be why I’m not up more than .2lbs!
Today I plan to finish off my sushi and have a light dinner. I’ll meet my 10,000 step goal and my 100oz water goal that I’ve met everyday.
Now that January is here, I know my husband will join me in my weight loss journey. He wanted to wait until December and our birthdays were over. I started early because I’m weighing more than I ever have in my life!
I’m not going to try to reach my goal. I’m just going to do it! To meet my goal in 510 days, I’ll need to lose .15 lbs a day. That would put me at 5 lbs down by the end of January. I know some weeks I’ll lose more and some days I’ll be disappointed to see a gain or plateau. But as long as I see a 5lb loss for the month it’s still the progress that I need!
