I’m actually not disappointed in my weigh in today.
Many times when I’ve tried losing weight and did not give up alcohol, I would have low weigh ins from being dehydrated. Once hydrated I would gain a little. So, the fact that I stayed the same now that I’m well hydrated is encouraging.
I have a feeling that tomorrow will be a decent drop in weight. I’m half way to my goal of 10,000 steps already. I am tracking my calorie intake. Yesterday I couldn’t be as accurate with my calorie tracking because I ate the rest of the sushi from my birthday dinner. This could be another reason why I didn’t see a loss today.
The only part that stinks is that before we went on vacation before Christmas, I was around 206lbs. It’ll take me a couple of months to lose the weight that I gained in just a couple of weeks! It’ll happen though. I know I can do it!!
Tomorrow I am having lunch with my dad. I am going to pick somewhere that I can get a decent low cal meal.
