507 days!

I’m very excited to be down 6lbs in the first 8 days of my journey! This is despite birthdays and family get-togethers! 

I’ve still got such a long way to go but by the time 507 days pass, I’ll be there. 

I’ve done great to continue taking my 10,000 steps, drink 100oz of water, and track my calories. I also believe my success is partially owed to me lessened stress level. 

I have 15 days until spring semester starts. It’s going to be very stressful. I’ll be in school 13 hours a day, Tues-Thurs. The remaining four days a week I’ll need to focus on the assignments for those classes. I’m going to miss out on so much time with my family. It’s only a few months but then I’ll have a short break and summer classes will begin.

I’ll only be in 2-3 classes this summer but I’m sure I’ll need to pick up hours working. It’s stressful to anticipate what’s coming. I just need to focus on healthier ways to deal with that stress. 

This time I won’t cave in.
