I’m so excited that I’ve already met my goal for this month! It’s only January 6th today so I have 25 days to get ahead of next month. 

Yesterday I went to work for a few hours so my routine was a little mixed up. This is something I will need to get use to. I still walked over 10,000 steps, drank 100oz of water, and tracked my cals! 

I think these priorities will be possible to maintain over the school months! I’m feeling very motivated. 

I’m already halfway to my step goal today. I’m taking a break to snuggle on the couch with one of my boys. I have to take him to get Covid tested this afternoon. The school sent him home because he had a runny nose. This is the world we live in now!

Staying positive though! 

My husband and I received so many restaurant gifts cards for Christmas and our birthdays. I want to save them for when I’m deeper into my progress. I think it’ll be very useful for when I hit a weight loss plateau. In previous weight loss journeys (after other pregnancies) when I would hit a weight loss plateau I would have a cheat day. Sometimes it would result in a couple lbs of a gain, but it would always kick start my weight loss again! So, within the week I would be down from the plateau! This helped me to maintain and 5-10lb loss per month. So, I’ll stick with this plan!
