500 days!

Yay!! I dropped the weight I gained and hit a new low weight. I call it low weight because I know my weight will fluctuate. So, yesterday at 210.6 would be my new high weight.

I’m encouraged by the weight drop, especially after being bummed yesterday. 

I’ve done well to track my calories these last two days. I would love to start tracking my sodium and stay below 2000mg. I definitely exceeded that today!

But I did stay in my calorie range, walk 10,000 steps and drink 100oz of water! I close all of my rings on my Apple Watch for the past 15 days which is great! 

I’ve, once again, reached my goal for the month of January. I think I’ll be able to get down to 205 by Jan 31 but it’s ok if I don’t! I’m still ahead! I just need to lose 0.148lbs a day to reach my goal. That’s around 4.5lbs a month. 

I can do it!!!
