Yay!! I’m almost down 10lbs from where I started!
I had a date night a few days ago and didn’t track cals well. I was very on track the following two days and made great progress! I’m so excited.
I’m now in the 400s for days until my cruise. I’ve lost 9.8lbs in 18 days! I don’t expect to continue losing 10lbs every 2.5 weeks but it’s a fabulous start!
I’m 2lbs below my goal for January and still have 16 days!
I think my Feb goal was around 205lbs, so I may reach that early as well.
All I’ve been doing is getting in the 10,000 steps, close my Apple Watch rings, track cals using the lose it app, and drink 100oz of water per day! I do feel like these are simple things I’ll be able to continue fitting in as school begins this coming week. I was able to get it in while subbing all week! I’m feeling very excited and motivated!
I’ve been having dreams that I’m close to reaching my goal weight. I’ve also had dreams that I’ve taken unintended cheat days and I wake up relieved it was just a dream!
I’m only 4lbs up, now, from before we left for Disney in December. I can’t wait to surpass that number.
I’m so happy!!
