I am so excited to be down more weight! Over the past couple of days my weight has been fluctuating, like normal. I’ve met all of my goals: 10,000 steps, 100oz water, food tracking, and closing my rings on my Apple Watch! 

School starts tomorrow and that’s usually when my chronic stress kicks in. I think that since I’ve been making these goals a priority for over 3 weeks that I will continue to do so! 

I am now 3.4lbs above where I was before winter break. I am 1.4lbs away from reaching my March goal! The progress that I have made over the past few weeks is better than I’ve made in years! It is very encouraging to see this plan is working. It feels like I have been over complicating things in the past. I tried all the fad diets and signed up for all of the subscription workout plans. Nothing worked for me! 

All I needed to do was move more and track my calories. I’m not even starving myself. I get to eat around 1,900 cals a day. Most of the time I’m a little under because I’m satisfied with what I’m eating.

This morning I have had coffee with 1/4 cup of cream and a blueberry bagel with a tbsp of peanut butter. I’ve been eating this frequently over the past week because it keeps me full through the rest of the morning. 

For dinner I am making pot roast in the slow cooker. I’ll also make mashed potatoes and serve sweet Hawaiian rolls. I can track that in my lose it app and see what a good lunch would be. I am thinking a bowl of Raisin Bran sounds good. I also bought 100 cal snack packs. I have a chocolate chip cookie cracker type of thing. It’s pretty good!

I just thought I would be a little more informative today since what I am doing is actually working for me! 

Again, there will be good days and bad days. Today I am feeling motivated.
