I took somewhat of a cheat day yesterday. I needed to jumpstart my weight loss again. I am going to start weighing myself about the same time everyday so I can get more accurate. I plan to weigh in between 6-7am. Tuesdays-Thursdays that’s when I will be waking up. I don’t have to wake up that early Mondays and Fridays so I am not going to. It is still more consistent than weighing in between 7-10am.
Tomorrow I don’t have to wake up until 8:30 so I’m not sure if I’ll start then either. It will probably start Thursday with my morning classes and then Friday I will be up at 7 to get the kids ready for school.
I wanted to note that yesterday was a cheat day so that I do not take one for at least another week. If I still have not hit a plateau by then I will keep going. I just won’t take a cheat day if I hit a plateau in less than a week.
Even though I might have had a few extra calories yesterday, I still reached my goals with my Apple Watch rings, 10,000 steps, and 100oz of water. I would really like to keep this habit going.
The last time that I recorded a high weight was in the past couple of weeks, and I was around 210. So, I am thinking that my new high weight is 207! I am two days away from reaching the 1 month mark of this weight loss journey and I will have at least lost 10lbs! If I can keep going at this rate, I could meet my goal in August of this year. So, I am extremely happy with this months loss! As I’ve mentioned before, I have met my goal for January and February! I am 2lbs from even reaching my March goal!
I am wearing pajamas that I got for Christmas and am feeling encouraged that they fit way better than the first time I wore them!
I think it’s also important to note that to reach my goal I need to lose .15lbs a day. So, that can make weigh in time very important! Tomorrow at this time, the scale should at least say 206.8!
